Please update the scikit-image info

Hello,

http://pythonvision.org/software needs its scikit-image entry updated:

* The old library name is still used.
* The link is broken and should be http://scikit-image.org/ .
* The description "Includes bindings for the OpenCV library" is also wrong,
since scikit-image does not have any OpenCV dependency, see e.g.
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/scikit-image/IKp_odGWwlE.

Yeah, it has probably not been updated for 4 years or so. I wonder
whether to just take down the website, but in the meanwhile, I'll update
it (just not today, really busy day).
